Robotic Gripper

Robotic Gripper: Fall 2017 Design I (24-370)

Robotic Gripper uses a given small motor torque that attaches to the end of a pendulum, with a given dimension of the attachment. The gripper lifts a ~3 lb aluminum fidget spinner. After a few swings, the gripper must release the object back into place.

Our team of 7 successfully ungripped and gripped the object both testing days and passed dynamic testing with the second lightest part in the class, weighing 140grams.
